“Probably one of, if not the nicest B&Bs we've ever stayed in. Where do I begin. The room was so clean and warm, with a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Egyptian cotton bedding and a comfy bed. Little touches that make a place extra special like biscuits and a bar of chocolate with tea, coffee and water. Even a little fridge. The owners were so lovely, as was the breakfast. There is parking on the front for 3 or 4 cars and the beach is at the end of the road. Perfect. ”

“Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road.
