“Pros-Location was great. Rustic feel. Staff was very helpful. Public transportation stop right outside hotel. Very walkable to downtown. Cons-noisy, walls between rooms were thin. Could hear neighbors next door/upstairs. Single bed room was quite small. Only one machine for whole complex. No way to keep drinks cold in room, I.e. small refrigerator in room. Elevator always smelled like exhaust and made some not so confidence instilling sounds when approaching a few of the floors. ”

You checkin at a fancier hotel down the street and they give you your keys and then you drive over to The Dorthy Motel. It had 2 nice sized beds, a microwave, a small fridge (no freezer area), coffee pot/coffee and a tea kettle. The bathroom had lots of counter space and the shower was great!
