“We booked our stay for 5 nights. When we got there, they said they only had 3 nights available, so we had to leave after the 3rd night, and find other accommodations. I don't know if the problem was with Hotels.com, or with the hotel. Once I returned home from my vacation, I contacted Hotels.com, and a refund for the remaining 2 nights will be coming.
