“It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. ”

“A group of friends and I stayed at this property for a weekend and absolutely loved it! The access to the water is amazing, plus the sleeping accommodations are perfect for lots of people. Prior to check in we received a very detailed welcome book w/ all the information we needed during our stay; check-in/check-out instructions, etc. We had trouble w/ the code getting into the unit (our fault) and Matt responded within minutes. “Outstanding property and staff is superior. Decor tremendous the Chris Wylie art is the anchor to the entire aesthetic of the interior. Two issue to mention. It is not comfortable to be at a hotel where the staff is gone by 4 pm. There are two many safety issues to not have at least one attendant to help the guests with the facility.
