Why do I need a temporary membership? In accordance with the governing documents of Arrowhead Lake Community Association, use any of the amenities that Arrowhead Lake offers. Access includes 24/7 security, roads, gates, garbage, lodges, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, pools, lakes, beaches, the gym, and game room, and attending any of the events in the exclusive, private, gated community. Gate Cards can not be shared. See ALCA site for HOA details.

ALCA FEES: Registration Fee and Guest fees are included with the number of people in the booking. Per Car Fee is additional.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund 30 days +, 50% refund 7-14 days prior to check-in (depending on Channel Partner).
A reservation is officially canceled when the guest notifies Mt. Maplewood Lodge in writing and obtains online cancelation in the booking system. Applicable taxes and credit card charges will be retained and remitted. For a refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 14-30 full days prior to the listing’s local check-in time (or 4:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in, otherwise no refund. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded. By booking this rental, the guest hereby acknowledges and agrees to the terms in this document. * Refundable Damage Deposit. You may opt for Accidental Damage Insurance.
