“This is a mixed review. On the whole,we were content. The property met our basi needs, checkin and check-out were easy. The loft was spacious and the unit has the basic unit amenities. There is also a large club space with a pool table and ping pong, and a well appointed gym. On the other hand, while the building annoints itself as a luxury complex, our unit was rather ordinary. Furniture is older and on the cheap side, the shower pressure in the upper bathroom was weak, the exhaust vents……

“This was an excellent place to stay. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, and plenty of parking onsite. There's a lot to do nearby including several dining options. I would definitely come back here again ”

“My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. The manager left us a bottle of wine as a welcome treat! ☺️ Our stay was good overall, even though we did some minor dusting of the area upon checkin in and was a bit concerned about the overfilled trash bins outside the building, but it’s a beautiful decorated apartment. Lastly, it is closer to many attractions around……

“This rental was as shown in the photos posted. Checking in/out was super easy. The owner was super helpful & responsive . Street parking was available right out front of this unit and free for the overnight ,which was fantastic. Fyi...Parking meters start running at 8am. There are always police officers around, so we felt safe. The Owner provided complimentary travel sized toiletries: toothpaste, Toothbrushes, mouthwash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, roll towels, garbage bags……

“A nice, simple stay. You do hear the train, but that's to be expected, but honestly it wasn't an issue. Communication was fantastic, the appliances worked, the heater was nice and toasty. Super easy check in and check out.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Philadelphia! The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and well-stocked. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. The host was very responsive to my questions and even had laundry detergent delivered the night before I left so I could get some laundry done! So helpful and kind! The location was super convenient to all of the major sights in Philly; we walked everywhere. There was a parking lot less than a block away that cost $37 for 24 hours which seemed to be……

“This space is nicely located near Wayne & Devon. Easy to find. Inside has everything you need in living room and bedrooms, Some quirky features in kitchen (hot water on left; must open oven to completely access dishwasher due to location of devices). Needs grab-bars in bathroom. TV can be tricky to use to find specific some cable channels.”

“The property was clean, it is very well taken care of and kept up. Rooms was so cute and well decorated also small but I was just going to sleep really so it is perfect. Nice size share able kitchen. The room did have a mini fridge to put things into. Bathroom was small but again it served its purpose. Overall I rate the room 5/5. ”
