Stepping into this home, you will be welcomed by breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic water views of the Atlantic Ocean, Cape Cod Bay, Provincetown and Manomet Point through over 30 feet of windows in the downstairs common area. You’ll enjoy waking up with ocean breezes and falling asleep to waves lapping on the beach. Have a morning beach walk with coffee in-hand or venture forth for a seaglass search using your PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS. Being a short distance from the beach forces you to stop and listen, breathe out and relax.
SQUEAKY CLEAN. We go through extensive efforts to assure the Quarterdeck feels like home, cleaning it top to bottom every time with a phenomenal housekeeping crew. Our team is paid a living wage and is the same crew who has been caring for my own family for years. To round out our care, for a restful night sleep, the mattresses and pillows are encased for your protection. Pair that with fresh, ocean breezes and you really can breathe easy.
EASY. Your vacation can be made easy at our home. Minimal setup will be required on your part for the bathrooms, bedrooms and beach. With a simple combination entry lock, there are no keys to worry about. BATH AND BEACH TOWELS ARE INCLUDED. Beds are made. Kitchen and bathroom welcome kits are provided. As for the beach, most everything you need for quality beaching is already here: chairs, coolers, umbrella, beach speakers, sea kayak, paddleboard, surf fishing gear and cruiser bikes. No lugging beach equipment back and forth from the car. And how many have lost a vacation day to cleaning and doing laundry before you leave? At the Quarterdeck, the departure procedure is so simple; NO LAUNDERING REQUIRED BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Have the whole family bag their own bedding and towels and be on your way!
FUN RAIN OR SHINE. Your group can have fun at the Quarterdeck no matter what Mother Nature sends your way during your stay. The first floor open-floor plan enables large groups to comfortably eat, play and hang out together. Likewise, the shaded, covered lounge area under home with ocean views can be enjoyed in most types of weather. Plymouth and the surrounding areas offer a multitude of activities -- notable, historic sites, museums, steam locomotive rides, ferry rides, water parks, botanical gardens, biking rail trails, hiking, whale watching, fishing, antique/boutique shopping and great dining --something for everyone!

ACCESSIBILITY REMINDER: This property is not suited for individuals with limited mobility. This elevated home requires a 200 ft boardwalk from the parking area and climbing 15 steps to the entrance. All bedrooms are located on the second floor.
SUMMERTIME REMINDER: Air conditioning available for bedrooms and second floor for sleeping comfort. Fresh ocean breezes, ceiling fans, floor fans available for the main floor. Experience nature. It's good for us humans.
FALL-WINTERTIME REMINDER: For the months of October through May, the beach stairs may be removed due to Atlantic weather conditions, but private beach access remains.
