“james very friendly, check in was very fast and clear, and provided breakfast ,room was very clean and bed very comfortable, bathroom looked new and like have been refurbished, room furnished with the ingenuity of the owner, it’s great location to stay ,few minutes walk to near the sea , highly recommend staying here. and very quiet at night!”

“Everything was v clean. We stayed in the Wotter Room on the second floor. Yes it could all do with a bit of a paint in patches but the room is charming and huge. The view was amazing - we could see the fireworks in Plymouth the first night that we stayed. Had a fab Nepalese curry on Wednesday followed by an Indian pudding which was delicious. Steak on the second night. The hotel is on the edge of Dartmoor but close enough to the local tourist attractions. We will definitely return. ”

“Guest house was really nice. Great location, short walk to the seafront & few restaurants. Walkable via seafront to the Barbican area which had lots of lovely restaurants, bars & boat tours.”

“Lovely little room for an overnight stay, just a shame it's a tad noisy at night but calmed down after midnight. Food was brilliant at night, waiters could've been a little more professional. Breakfast was delicious in the morning. Overall a good stay and a brilliant bed too!”
