“The cottage was perfect for our 4 person family and medium size dog. The living room and kitchen are filled with windows facing the ocean and the views are exceptional, especially at sunrise. The wrap around porch is fantastic. Walking thru the private street and neighborhood at night offered a sky of stars. The town is a short drive with good options of restaurants and stores The house was super warm and cozy. Lauren responded to messages quickly and was a great host. We loved our stay. ”

“House is set behind a dune. dune is a little steep, especially climbing back up. Kind of tough for the elderly. Set up of the house was good for 2 seniors. Many restaurants close by. Quiet area.”

“Fantastic view, cant say enough about sunrise and sunset. Nice away from it all spot close enough to places to go fora really good balance. The road in isa back road on the cape going any faster than 5mph will rattle you around but totally worth the slow roll in. ”

“Spectacular view of the ocean from the spacious deck, especially at sunset. (My partner teared up from the sheer beauty when she first saw it!) Also enjoyed the zero-gravity chair on the deck, and the binoculars. The interior is thoughtfully decorated, and we appreciated the investment in the additional half-bath (especially when we entertained a family of four for dinner). Kitchen is well-supplied (yay, multiple cutting boards!), and we were grateful for the variety of pillows with each……

“We loved our stay! The cottage was perfect for three adults, and could have easily accomodated more. The kitchen is very well equipped for those who want to cook, including such thoughtful touches as coffee. creamer, and condiments. Everything was immaculately clean. Location was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“This property is a peaceful retreat for us when visiting family - we call it the overflow cottage - but it is so tastefully appointed, every little details, that is a soooo relaing when we get "home" in the evening. There are so many nice details, it is a wonder. We love the remoteness of the off-seasn boatyard. I suspect in summer that will be busier, but the access to the water there is a bonus. We love it here and will return next year.”
