Large, beautiful single-family house "Ty Ker", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Ruvignolet 2.5 km from the centre of Ploubezre, 5 km from the centre of Lannion, in an elevated position, 10 km from the sea, on a main road. Private: property 2'200 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, courtyard, roofed, parking on the premises, single garage. Shop 2.3 km, grocery 2.3 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.3 km, bar 2.3 km, bakery 2.3 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach 10 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, tennis 2.3 km, indoor tennis centre 7 km, walking paths from the house 3 km. Nearby attractions: Château de Tonquédec 6 km.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (3), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Belle maison et bien située pour de belles balades dans la region
Très bon accueil par le propriétaire. Jolie maison très lumineuse , beaucoup d espace pour une grande famille .Nous avons apprécié la propreté , la bonne literie, la salle de bain avec la baignoire balneo et douche . Cuisine bien équipée. Le salon confortable. Très joli terrain et grand garage .

Maison spacieuse et confortable
La maison est spacieuse et offre un espace de vie au rez-de-chaussée particulièrement agréable avec ses nombreuses baies vitrées qui apportent une grande clarté. La literie est confortable, les 2 salles de bain et wc (rdc et 1er étage) permettent aux occupants de chaque niveau de disposer du nécessaire. Le temps couvert ne nous a pas permis de profiter pleinement du joli jardin. Un barbecue à gaz est mis à disposition. Un seul reproche, l’impossibilité de disposer sur place de draps et serviettes de bain, ce qui nous a obligés à les transporter et à occuper une place dans la voiture qui aurait été plus utile aux voyageurs (nous étions 6) ; nous avons suggéré au propriétaire de mettre draps et serviettes en option pour la location. Au final, une maison moderne et confortable que nous recommandons.
