• a large living room with convertible corner sofa (= extra sleeping 2 places), table 6/8 places, storage space, TV, wifi access;
• an open kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee makers and Nespresso, small household appliances, table and serving table, complete crockery);
• a double bedroom in concealable glass alcove (140 cm bed, large mirror cupboard);
• a sleeping area for two or three children or adolescents (2 bunk beds + 1 pull-out bed);
• a bathroom with shower / sink / wc + washer-dryer.

2 mountain bikes available.

Private parking (digital code) + closed room for bikes, surfboards, etc.

Cleaning and linen services (beds made on arrival) optional.

Deposit: € 300 given on arrival by check or cash, reimbursed after inventory at the end of the stay.

Possibility of short stays (minimum 3 nights) except in July-August (for this period, weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday).
