"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house and garden were lovely and we enjoyed the hot tub, especially on some of the cooler days. The area is beautiful and incredibly green and lush compared with the coast. Vedran was very helpful with suggestions as to what to do in the area - we thoroughly enjoyed our canoe trip and a visit to the bear sanctuary. Plitvice Lakes were stunning but very busy. I would recommend this house to anyone who enjoys being away from the crowds."

"We had the top floor of the cottage. It was comfortable and great for our family for one night. It was convenient to get to Plivitce Falls. We did eat dinner and breakfast there, since it was raining and we didn't feel like driving out. Dinner (off season price, I believe) was $30 a person; the mushroom soup was delicious, dessert was good, the chicken and the pork entree were fine. The fish, I would stay away from. It was called tuna (I still have my doubts) but it was very fishy and not cooked...
