“Myself, with my 2 longtime best friends, stayed 3 nights at the home, from the 13th to the 16th. We visited the Fair, enjoyed some shopping and a lot of time together. The house is welcoming, the reservation process and communication with the owner were hassle-free and prompt. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable. The location was easily accessible and very quiet. I would recommend staying here, 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms offer a great deal of privacy and space. ”

“We only stayed on night but it was perfect, The apt was clean, in a good area and close enough to several restaurants, breweries, some tourist spots and a DG for last minute items. Beds were comfy and location of bedrooms provided privacy. We would definitely stay there again if ever in the area. Host was.very responsive and provided clear instructions. Thank you”

“So glad we found this place! We needed a place to stay for 9 days between an alumni reunion and a family wedding and hotel prices were prohibitive. This roomy efficiency was perfect for our stay in a great location at a great price that saved us a lot of cash, making the trip possible. But, what may have made the stay best were the rapid, friendly, and helpful responses I always got from the host whenever I had a question or needed assistance. I'll definitely stay here next time. “Beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. The home was clean and was fully stocked with towels and clean bedding. The property owners were polite and accommodating for the duration of our stay. The beds were especially comfortable after a long motorcycle ride across country. We thoroughly e joyed our stay and would stay at this property again when we return to Des Moines. ”

“Towels were very basic. Could go to Walmart and get a few nice sets to have in unit instead of ones so thin they should be in the rag bucket. A hide-abed would be a great addition to this space. the tables & chairs were nice. Owner seemed to over communicate. We were in town for a tournament so just needed a place to sleep. The rooftop access was nice if only it was warmer. Parking garage & skywalk were nice and convenient. Just don't park near the ramp bc homeless guy broke into my truck &……
