“The owner was quick to respond and checked on us when the power went out. The alarm system was a bit of an annoyance. It chirped our whole stay, even after we replaced the battery in the smoke detector. To be fair we did not contact the owner with this complaint. We were so busy with funeral services that we just did not have the energy. Also the dishwasher is in need of some attention ”

The owner mentioned there were minimal pots and pans, but I only found one mug and a few spatulas for cooking, along with a coffee machine. I’m glad I brought my own pan. Overall, it was good for our trip.”

“The innkeeper was incredible and was SO helpful with everything! The house was really detailed and my kids loved it! Our only issue was that it didn’t feel very clean. My mom ended up cleaning the inside of the microwave while we were there and a lot of the kitchen and bathrooms could have used a deep clean. It really felt like a “fun house” and not a proper vacation/short term rental. I don’t think that I would stay here again as a vacation rental, but I would definitely recommend it to……

“My 5 family members and I stayed for 2 nights over Thanksgiving and it was just wonderful. The house is cute and comfortable with Gorgeous views. It's out of the hustle and bustle to downtown but still close stores. The neighborhood felt safe and the couple of neighbors we saw were friendly. 10 out of 10 would stay here again. My only suggestion would be to bring a couple gallons of water for drinking if you're not used to city water! Lol”
