“The property comes at reasonable price and is well connected with the bus routes. Close to LSU and plenty of stores, gas station and food options near by. The location is okayish. The house is clean and well maintained with fully equipped kitchen. Yes cooking is possible here. Thanks to the manager/ owner for being very responsive and accommodating last minute extension of the stay. ”

“Hi---the good things first: great location, easy parking, a food market right downstairs, good communication with the host. Clean space, nice beds. The bad things; no dining room table to speak of; uncomfortable bar stools made it impossible to sit @ counter; only coffee maker was a keurig and coffee was old/poor quality. Water coming out of tap was lukewarm at best- terrible for showering; apartment felt constantly cold. ”
