“My son ran the Indy Marathon so this house was a perfect spot, We were less than a block away from the runners at mile 4 so we were able to cheer him on early. The weather was good so we walked downtown to the finish line. I would recommend this house to anyone who is interested in visiting Indianapolis. You have your own garage, street parking was never a problem and safe to walk places. The house is super cute, very clean and has everything you need. ”

“Easy communication, easy accessibility, house was as described. Stayed with my husband and son, would have easily slept another person or two, only one bathroom so maybe not my daughter lol. House was stocked with comfortable furniture (and an actual king bed that I never wanted to get out of) and cozy blankets and pillows. Broad Ripple was .4 miles about a 5-10 min walk. Will definitely stay again.”

“My son and I had a wonderful stay in this rental for a weekend swim meet at IUPUI. It was the perfect size for two people traveling from out of town. The full kitchen was a great bonus for cooking in, but with so many nearby restaurants, we also had plenty of dining options within easy reach. The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the pool, which made early morning warmups hassle-free. I could easily drop off my swimmer, head back to relax, and have breakfast before the competition……

“4 of us rented this house for just one night over our fall break so we could get away somewhere close but different. We live an hour away and the hot tub and fire pit were our main draw. They did not disappoint. We hot tubbed most of the night and then sat around the fire. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were wishing we could have stayed longer. ”

“It was a greatbplace. I definitely will stay again. There was no exit instructions so i just did what i would have wanted if someone was staying in my house. I had to buy towels due to i couldnt find any in the house. After the first day i decided to look in the dryer and there was towels. Overall the host was super nice.”

“I stayed in a 2 BR Apt on a Sat & Sunday night. Here are details: - Check In: This is the most confusing part, by far. You will receive many emails and links to sign up for their services... that was a little annoying. When you arrive you drive up to the parking garage (also to confirm - parking is free and you have a garage fab pass to let you in and out as you wish) and have to click a link to get the keys out of a lockbox area. “My high school senior and I stayed at this property to attend a swim meet at the Natatorium. It’s a short walk from Whole Foods, and a 7 minute drive from the Natatorium. We found a few free parking spots on East. The apartment was clean and modern. I was able to work remotely with nice backgrounds and fast WiFi. There’s a bit of a sophisticated system to get to a key locker to get in. Read your emailed instructions carefully to save yourself time.”
