“I took my sisters and nieces to Indy for night 3 of the Eras tour. (An amazing experience.) The property was conveniently located, close to all the downtown activities in which we were interested. The property was clean and quiet. There was a parking spot behind the property but also lots of street parking. Our host was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to town.”

“I read the listing through but somehow missed the last line stating that the bathroom is shared. Windows cannot be opened and my bed was really low to the ground. Not a fan of colored sheets in a rental, but it was clean and it worked. There was toothpaste in the bathroom sink and the bathroom door didn’t latch well. The hostess was friendly and responsive. They make it feel like a safe place with the fence, security system and gate being locked at night.”

“The room is clean and well taken care. The location is full of food options nearby. Support is good if you need access to your hotel. It’s basically a studio apartment, good quality too Some takeaways not controllable to them is -the place gets lots of traffic and bars with entertainment go all night till 2am. Walls are also paper thin. You can hear your neighbors alarm. The heater works great but it’s loud if you aren’t use to it. -so if you are a light sleeper like myself it’s very difficult……
