Family room has a 58" Samsung TV and views of the ocean and pier. The bedrooms are King, King, King and Queen. The house sleeps 8 and the maximum occupancy is 10. Please note that the family room, kitchen, dining room and main king bedroom are all on the 2nd floor.
The house is 50 yards from the great Pismo Beach sandy beach, the pier, boardwalk and downtown Pismo Beach with 40+ great restaurants. Pismo Beach is a non-vehicle beach so very safe for your whole family to walk and build Sandcastles.

The 3 and 4 bedroom homes are next door to each other at right by the pier. The 6 bedroom is an easy walk downtown on a street with very limited foot or car traffic.
This is a home, NOT a small condo. This home is IN PISMO BEACH. and right by the pier. Please beware that many homes advertised on VRBO in Pismo Beach section are NOT ACTUALLY IN PISMO BEACH. In the long description they then say 'near Pismo Beach', 'Oceano', 'Oceano Strand' or 'Pismo State Beach'. If you are not familiar with the area, you might be tricked into thinking you are renting in Pismo Beach. Be sure to mapquest or clarify before renting. Pismo Beach is highly desirable with it's great walking beach (no vehicles permitted), pier, shopping and restaurants.
