“I booked this cabin in Pioneer, California, as a long-term rental for myself and 1-2 co-workers during an extended field project located nearby, and it truly exceeded our expectations! After staying here for roughly two months during late summer and fall 2024, you could say that we got to know the place very well—and can confidently say it’s both a functional coworking space as well as a fantastic vacation rental option. “Loved this little cabin. Although this was an adult girl's trip, this little cabin is perfect for younger kids. Lots of toys and supplies to make your trip easier with the littles. I will be bringing my family back.”

“This was one of the best rental properties we have ever rented at Tahoe. It is exactly as photos show. The furniture & decor are all first class. It is quite obvious that a lot of thought & money went into decorating this home. The kitchen is well supplied. Location is excellent. Very nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent this property again & again. ”

“All the comforts of home and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio in the morning and evening. We used the BBQ grill, and it was very clean. We highly recommend this place. They do ask that you take off your shoes as you come in so that the carpet doesn’t get dirtied. I recommend bringing a pair of slippers for inside. ”

“Overall we had a good experience. Cabin was as described. There were a few glitches… The bathroom window had a frosted covering that only covered part of the window. This allowed for anyone to see in. There were no hand towels in the kitchen so we used a lot of paper towels. There are 4 TVs and at least 7 remotes. We did t know which remotes belonged to which TVs and got extremely frustrated trying to watch anything. I dropped my phone and it went under the bed. It was super dirty and……

“check-in instruction is not clear, I spend a lot of to find the house, poor communication, text message response one day or more, the bathroom shower drain is clogged. no WIFI, TV is not working, no trash cans.”

“We travelled from IL to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter who lives in California. This cabin was a special place- clean, serene, and had spectacular views. Everything we could need was provided, and the beds were luxurious and had the softest linens. We’d love to come Back again!”
