"Absolutely wonderful property! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. I booked very last minute and late at night and the owner had arranged for a taxi to pick me up from airport after midnight. "We chose the lodge on the recommendation of our tour guide company as a retreat to chill out after a busy 8 days visiting the Galapagos and Amazonia. It was indeed a relaxing location where my wife took advantage of the resort spa and I was able to enjoy the scenic walks and spot a few bird varieties. The food and hospitality was good. "Booked hotel to rest after returning from Galapagos. Before leaving for 3AM flight. $15.00 taxi ride from airport easy check-in. We had early dinner in on site restaurant Sea Bass with rice and salad excellent option. Had front desk arrange for taxi back to airport and went to room for quite nap. When taxi arrived it was raining so they had it pull into parking garage and. loaded our luggage so we could remain dry. Only regret is we didn't stay longer"
