You will also receive our phone number to text and call upon booking the property however we can not share that information before booking.

- All furniture must be put back where it is found!

- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
