“The only weird thing is that they seem to charge you for your booking when you make it but actually they have not. When you get there they make you pay again at the front desk and now you can see 2 charges. They tell you that the first charge was just like a "hold" for your reservation, at the end they refund you the first charge after a couple days but anyway that's a little weird, and the staff is not very patient for the confusion this may cause. I had previously came a week prior and was impressed the way they received us so amicable but this time around unfortunately maybe they were having a bad day they were rude.
