“The stuff is rude and arrogant, maybe because they have many big cooperation partners and they don't care about individual guests like us. The first day they provided us a wrong room type and they found this mistake the other day, and they asked us to move at once! We didn't even have breakfast and we were in a hurry to go out. Since we left in such a hurry, we left some our belongs in the previous room, when I came to the reception asking for help, they treated me very badly. Never, ever want……

“We booked Castello Dal Pozzo as a special treat to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The whole estate is just stunning, and the team was so welcoming. They gave us a lovely upgrade for our anniversary and were so accommodating for my coeliac disease. The pool was incredible! As were the views and, of course, the wine room! We would recommend taking part in a wine tasting ♥️🍷 On our first night, we had dinner at the Dan Garden Lounge, which was so romantic. Then, on a separate night,……
