“The accommodation was good, especially the customer service, which was great, and the menu options. However, coordination between reservations and restaurants needs to be improved. The rooms were advertised as inclusive of breakfast. However, the restaurant seems to operate with different information, which creates confusion and embarrassment. ”

“The shower was not sparkling clean and water was leaking out the shower door. The were cup stains on the table and dressers. Other than that it was a good place, enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly.”

“The place seems like is being used for adultery/infidelity sexual desires. Not good for business, relaxing/resting Though place is clean and in avery quite place, service is poor, e.g., no tea, one towel supplied on arrival, no bsain towel and soap, hot water runs out”

“ On arrival the receptionist wanted us to pop extra money because the prices on hotel.com are wrong.no hot water in the morning. No enough toilet paper in the room. The cleaning stuff dont take out rubbish bins.”

“Overall stay was dismal. The place was not what it was advertised to be. I had to asked to have my room changed. The shower taps were not functioning properly. Tiles were loose in the shower and had mould growing on them. Towels were stained. Aircon was not working. The curtains were too small for the windows. When we were moved to the new room. The linen smelt really bad. There were no sanitary bins. It was very noisy the wifi is of no use as there is no connection. Breakfast was terrible.”

“This is a one of a kind hotel. I mean, who can say they have stayed in a castle. The rooms are really well done and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The food at the onsite restaurant was really good. Only negative of this hotel is that they don't have either a pool or a gym. Not much to do if you want to spend some time lazing around.”
