I was charged several times before arriving and then asked to pay again upon arrival. I showed proof of the charges already pending and was allowed to go to my room 2 days later they disabled my keycard and would not let me in my room because they said I had a balance due again. I again showed the proof of my charges and they allowed me in my room but told me to check back again in the morning to see if the payments were showing in their system. The sheets upon arrival were dirty, I went down to the front desk and asked for new ones. The guy said he could change them out but I needed to strip my bed first and bring him the dirty sheets. It was 3am and I had been traveling many hours with a bunch of teenage soccer players. I was exhausted, he finally agreed to give me the clean sheets and return the dirty ones in the morning. I started removing the dirty sheets and discovered the mattress pad was even more disgusting. It was full of different types of hair, dirt and poop smeared on the plastic pad. I decided to keep the sheets on and put the new ones on top because they were cleaner than the mattress pad. I saw a lot of pubic hairs in the bathroom, it didnt seem very clean. They have a kitchenette but no kitchenware at all so its pretty useless, not even dish soap. Some guests seemed like normal hotel type guests but the majority seemed to be long term guests that seemed super sketchy. I didnt feel very comfortable. The staff wasn't very professional or apologetic.

When we originally checked in, we had a room that was infested with cockroaches. We were then put in another room. It was clean but the beds were so uncomfortable! I have a crick in my neck. Then I went to take the trash out and when I was removing the trash bag in the bathroom, there was what appeared to be a crack pipe in the bottoms of the trash can. I never said anything about that because it was the day before checkout. Some shady characters. It just wasn’t great.

Property was very nice, almost new. Staff was very friendly. Only downside of having a kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave is there are NO utensils, plates, cups, etc!! Only reason i booked here was because of location & kitchen. You can rent everything you need but its not cheap! Travel 2000 miles, im not bringing plates & cups with me. I never caught this in booking if it is in there? Queen bed that seemed like a twin, linens not the best, pillows terrible. To me it seems like they ran out of $$ for all the above. Had roof over my head though!

The property was clean and uncomplicated. Inexpensive, kitchenette and easy check in. The bed was comfortable. It is pet friendly! I did miss having darkening curtains.

I came to town for a wedding and the nearby "official" wedding hotel was twice the price and didn't include breakfast. I had just finished a camping road trip and had a cooler of food, so the full size refrigerator was just the ticket until I could pass my leftovers on to my brother. The facility does not have an ice machine, but QT is just up the road and the freezer makes ice. I just refroze my cooler ice in its tub in the full-size freezer. Also, the kitchen is not equiped with cooking gear, but the microwave and my camping utensils worked just fine. These are not complaints because I knew what to expect and had easy solutions. Overall, the facility was clean, far enough removed from I-17 to be quiet, and the room was large enough to easily spread out my tent for repacking.

Simple, clean, quiet hotel with full kitchen and many restaurants and shopping nearby. Dog friendly. Opie enjoyed his welcome dog biscuit and it was nice to have areas to walk him closeby that were quiet streets without heavy traffic.
