Indulge in a refreshing dip in the pool or kick back beneath the shade of the pergola while sipping your favorite frosty beverage. In the evenings, gather beside the kiva fireplace or head around to the front patio featuring its own firepit seating area.
A plush sectional, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV set the stage for casual home gatherings in the living area. The kitchen comes equipped with everything the chef of the group needs to whip up home-cooked masterpieces; seating options include the eat-in nook and the formal dining table. A gas grill and an outdoor dining table are also available for alfresco meals.
All four bedrooms offer a comfortable night's rest after the day's adventures. Primary guests will enjoy additional en suite features, including a large smart TV and a private bathroom. Other home essentials include central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
