Spacious 2-story home in a quiet and desirable neighborhood, conveniently located across the street from a playground, pickle ball/tennis courts and grassy area with picnic benches and bbqs. Power Ranch community offers beautiful parks with grills, tables and shaded ramadas, 2 community pools (1 of them heated), catch and release pond, 7 miles of trail system for walking and biking. Near Gilbert Regional Park, Mesa Gateway Airport, etc. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Hidden Gem.

Thanksgiving visit

It was overall very nice. There are a few places where directions would have been a help. We did not figure out the upstairs shower. There were two fans and the living room overhead light that we could not get to work. It was very clean and the owner interaction was positive and friendly. We loved the location right by the park and so close to our family! Thank you for having this ready fir us!
