Easy access first floor two-bedroom with no step or stairs; steps away from the pool/sauna and workout facility, all in the same location. New granite countertops (kitchen and bathrooms), new appliances, new professional high efficiency washer/dryer, new flat screen SMART TV’s (50” flat screen TV in living room, 46” flat screen in master bedroom, flat screen in 2nd bedroom-ALL SMART TV’s) all new furniture (leather sectional couch, dining table with four leather chairs, all new electrical fixtures., kitchen granite counter bar with two adjustable leather bar stools. New king bed in master and new queen bed in second bedroom which includes new carpeting in both bedrooms, two full bathrooms with new granite countertops and vessel sinks, living room, dinning area, full kitchen, walk-in closet in master and two closets in second bedroom, separate room for laundry located just outside the kitchen which includes new professional high efficiency washer and dryer. Walkout patio that includes a new glass table and chairs for four overlooking desert (Arroyo) and view of Redrock and McDowell mountains. High Speed Wireless internet available upon demand. Renters have access to shared heated pool (pool thermostat is set at 86 degrees starting in October and throughout the entire winter!), sauna and workout facility steps away from our condo; pool rafts are available in condo. New stainless steel ceiling fans/lights in the living room, patio, master bedroom and second bedroom. All new blinds and new paint throughout.
Condo is equipped with central air-conditioning and heating.

Fully equipped with all kitchen, bathing, bedding needs and pool towels, ready for full time or short-term renting needs.

Disclaimer: There is a Utility charge from June to September for renters staying two weeks or longer that is determined by renter usage and will be charged through credit card on file in VRBO profile account of renter.

High Speed cost is $25/week or $100/month or pro-rated

Visit to our old home town
We are past FH residents who rented this condo for 3 1/2 weeks in Jan/Feb. The condo is very comfortable and well stocked, nice amenities. The location is great, close to everything we needed. Lovely views from the back of the complex - and Red Rock from the unit. Hiking trails in the McDowells are better than ever - new trails, spectacular views and very well marked & maintained. Would love to rent again. Thank you, Tim!

Little Fountain
Tim was great to work with. No dramas with the process and he was very responsive. Condo units in Little Fountain are aged and although our unit had some remodeling further upgrades would improve the experience. The grounds and pool area are very clean. Unfortunately with the cold weather we didn’t use the pool.

Property was wonderful Tim and his morals not so much
Loved the spot Tim seemed nice until he sent an extra 180 dollar bill for cleaning after staying a month. Bedding was stripped, all of the carpets were vacuumed, and all of the laundry was left in a pile by the washer. Tim described it as a filthy dirty mess I would love to see the filthy dirty mess that was left to cost a 180 dollar additional cleaning fee on top of the 135 already paid. Tim also kept the scrubs that were left at the property. We messaged him shortly after we left, but Tim did not respond. Thank you Tim for the kind words you left me please and please send the scrubs as soon as you receive the message that you have ignored for weeks

Comfortable condo, convenient location, good facilities
This condo is comfortable, quiet, well equipped. The beds are great. The condo sits on the edge of the desert and affords a view of Red Mountain. The complex offers a hot tub that is very warm with great jets and a pool that is nicely heated for wintertime. We recommend this condo for sure!

Absolutely wonderful! Condo was clean, beautiful and extremely quiet. It had everything we needed for our stay and the location was perfect for my event at McDowell Mountain Regional Park. Tim was responsive and easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in town!

Very clean and nice for the money, but ...
Everything was clean and well kept. This is a very convenient location in Fountain Hills. There is only one slight problem; the master bedroom has some sort of electrical transformer or ballast on the outside wall. It produces a constant audible humming sound that prevented my wife and I from being able to sleep in the master on the king bed. Once you hear it, you can't stop noticing it in the otherwise very quiet bedroom. We ended up sleeping on the queen bed in the second bedroom for the week we stayed. Whatever it is that is making this sound should be fixed by the HOA. Hopefully it gets taken care of, as otherwise this is a very nice and quiet condo. The pool was very nice, warm, and clean. A bonus is that it uses salt water instead of chlorine.

Best Condo Ever
I have had several experiences with VBRO an this was heaven. So clean, stocked, updated furniture and the pool was so clean and warm. Tim the manager was so friendly and was there for whatever you might need. I would give this a 10 star rating and will definitely go back.
