not what i expected
the photos on the reservation was not what i walked into whatsoever. roughly an hour before my “check in” i was notified that the house was no longer accommodated for the amount of people i rented it for. i had to wait for the owner to show up with a separate mattress and bedframe which was put into the living room area. nothing that was listed for usage was accurate. the pool table has a missing pocket so was unplayable, the kitchen was not stocked with anything. the kuerig, pots and pans, seasonings, utensils etc were no longer available. per request the owner did drop off a new kuerig. the check in process was absolutely terrible. i had a code to unlock a key for a gate in order to even enter the property which was nearly impossible to open due to wear and tear. the code i received to unlock the front door was wrong so i was unable to get into the place for roughly 30 minutes. upon entry everything was not as expected… nothing was clean, handles to doors were broken, leaks in bathrooms, bedrooms look completely different, beds were broken, sheets were dirty and no laundry stuff was available even after asking for some. the owner entered the property several times without notice. there was a camera inside the living room. there were homeless people sleeping right outside the chain link fence which terrified my children so my family left early. this home is not accommodated to families what so ever. it’s a true party house, which to my understanding is why it was broken…
