Our stay was short but wonderful, the staff were very friendly and the hotel itself was amazing.
The sky lounge is great and pool is good, with an overhang and a glass floored area which is cool. However, at one end there is a wall which is a little hidden/camouflaged under water and is the same colour as all round, which could be easily bumped into, you can climb onto the this area and lay in ankle deep water.
Breakfast was ok, don't expect a full English if you're from England, it shouldn't be no surprise that dishes are Asian, cereals and toast are also available. Everything is very reasonably priced.
Be careful with the hot water in the rooms, do not turn up high and test before using as you will burn yourself, as we found out, hopefully this will be adjusted.
The Luxcity taxi service is amazing, the vehicle is very luxurious and cost us $25 which is a bit more than a local cab, but what price a little luxery, a bottle of Luxcity water and a considerate driver?
We are returning in a couple of weeks, and we are so glad that we chose to stay at this fantastic hotel.
