The location of the hotel is superb, walking distance to Christmas Village, Rittenhouse Square and shopping.
The staff services was very disappointing. We had booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 children, with a sofa bed. After we checked in, we requested for the sofa bed to be set up. Housekeeping came only 30 min later, with the instruction to change all our linens.
Then we woke up to a continuous thumping sound at 6 am, we believed it came from someone in the level 4 gym. We are on level 5. We made a call to to the front desk and was told an engineer was going to come to hear the noise. After waiting for more than half an hour, a technician came under the instruction that our air con was down and wanted to fixed the air con. Our problem was totally not solved, luckily no one used the gym the following morning.
Though the service that we had encountered was pale, we were very impressed with the valet, Ed. We had realised that we had an engine issue with our car when we pulled up, Ed was with us all the way, helped to trouble shoot, made the call to the rental company, and advised us on the steps. We are very thankful to have met Ed during our trouble.
