The Space:

Every day, you will witness breathtaking panoramas, where the shimmering hues of the sky blend harmoniously with the sparkling reflections of the water. The spectacular view of the river will become your daily companion, inviting you to contemplation and wonder.

Our chalet is much more than just a refuge. It is a warm and welcoming space where you can create unforgettable memories with your family and friends. With its 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, it offers plenty of room to comfortably accommodate large groups. And yes, we’ve thought of everything, even for the heavy snorers and the fans of long morning showers!

Every corner has been thoughtfully designed to provide absolute comfort and create an atmosphere conducive to relaxation, bonding, and the making of precious memories. You can enjoy yourself in our game room, where you will find two retro arcade games (Miss Pac Man, The Simpsons), a Nintendo Switch console with 6 multiplayer games, and board games for lively evenings. Challenge your friends in thrilling matches and relive the joys of childhood gaming. We also have a beautiful pool table and poker, blackjack, and roulette games for the older ones.

Located on a private street, our chalet offers the privacy you need to disconnect from the outside world and recharge. It is a true haven of peace where you can find harmony with the surrounding nature and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. And don’t worry, our noisiest neighbors are the birds and squirrels squabbling over acorns!

Nearby, lush nature invites exploration. Whether it’s skiing on the snowy slopes of Le Massif, venturing into hiking trails at Grands Jardins Park or Hautes Gorges Park, every moment is an opportunity to feed your adventurous soul.

You will enjoy a large property with 3 levels of 1,500 square feet each on a 35,500 square foot lot, featuring a basement, ground floor, and upper floor.

In the basement, you will find:
- 3 spacious bedrooms with queen beds, one of which opens onto the terrace where a 5-person hot tub is located
- 1 room designed for young children with a triple bunk bed (1 double + 1 single)
- 1 large full bathroom with a bathtub and shower
- 1 bathroom with a shower
- 1 washer and dryer set

On the ground floor, you will have:
- The spectacular view of the river and Le Massif
- Heated flooring
- 1 large kitchen with an island, fully equipped, including a wine cooler to keep your favorite wine at the right temperature
- 1 breakfast counter accommodating 4 people
- 1 large dining room seating 10 around the table
- 1 spacious living room with a wood fireplace and a television connected to the internet (Netflix, Disney+, etc.) with basic cable + news and sports channels
- 1 game room including 2 arcade machines (Miss Pac Man and The Simpsons), a Nintendo Switch console with multiple group games, and a multitude of board games for all ages and tastes
- 1 large bathroom equipped with a shower
- 1 sofa bed accommodating 2 (in the game room)
- Access to the outdoor dining area with BBQ
- Access to the outdoor lounge with a gas fireplace

On the upper floor, you will find:

Guest Access:
The door code will be communicated with arrival instructions (check in) between 1 and 3 days before the arrival date depending on the time of booking.

Dogs can be accepted upon request and acceptance according to the owner's conditions and decided on a case by case basis. If accepted, an additional fee of $150 CAD per stay will then be required. The guest will then be asked to confirm the number of dogs in the guest section under the number of adults and number of children so that the additional charge can apply.

- 17 minutes from Baie Saint-Paul
- 52 minutes from the Parc des Grands Jardins, where the Mont du Lac des Cygnes is located, for hiking, snowshoeing, via ferrata, etc.
- 1 hour from the Parc des Hautes Gorges, for its magnificent Acropolis of Draveurs and its superb Malbaie River
- 1 hour and 25 minutes from the Palissades de Charlevoix in Saint-Siméon
