This spacious and stylish villa is situated in a prime location and has pride of place in this small residential development. A delightfully laid out garden with a private heated pool (heating extra cost if required), outdoor shower and purpose built barbecue make for a truly relaxing holiday for friends and family. The sandy Blue Flag Faros beach is accessed via a public walkway at the end of the garden and steps down to sea level. The leisure path is gently frequented by dog walkers, joggers, families strolling as well as cyclists in the cycle lane. From the garden, there are nice leisurely beach walks in either direction.
The villa is ideally located being only a 10 minute drive from Larnaca Airport and a 5 minute drive away from Pervolia, a typical Cypriot village. Banks, shops, restaurants and supermarkets are available in both Pervolia and the larger, nearby Kiti with the restaurants, bars and clubs of Mackenzie Beach and the Finnikoudes a short drive away so we therefore advise that access to a car would be beneficial. Only a 3 minute walk away is the lighthouse restaurant, Theta, overlooking the sea, ideal for both lunches and romantic dinners (please check for opening hours). There is also a local Almi Bay Beach Bar directly at the bottom of the steps (seasonal opening).
The boutique E-hotel is also situated within 3 minutes walk of the villa and 10 minutes drive away is MacKenzie beach - a golden sandy beach - ideal for children and within very easy reach of restaurants, during the day, and transformed at night to a rapidly expanding glamorous clubbing area to rival Agia Napa.
From here, pedestrian and bicycle lanes will take you to the very heart of Larnaca's Finikoudes and castle.
Villa accommodations & facilities:
Sleeps 12 (or 13 which would be a small child in master bedroom on a futon.)
Bedrooms: 1 double and 3 further rooms which can be set up as double or twin (including 1 on ground floor) and 1 studio/family suite to suit 2-4 persons (2 are bunk beds). One bedroom is on the ground floor and has step free access from front of the property.
