Code for check in at lock box wrong. Luckliy another person knew to go to the shop next door to get keys, otherwise we would of been without accom. No answer on the number they give to ring. Still waiting to get 250 room deposit back over 2 weeks later. Hotel blaming bank. Not true. Otherwise clean and comfy great location

The unit had everything we needed. A fully functional Kitchen, even a dishwasher. The laundry also had a large basin, washer and dryer. Loved being able to be self-sufficient helped make a stay that much more affordable. The hotel has a pool that is maintained and kept at a very high standard. Security at the hotel made the stay stress free and a relaxing. Set in the city of Perth, we were central for visiting family north and south of Perth. Close to everything in town too. Thanks to the team running the site. Well done!

Whenever we come to Perth, we generally always stay here. The convenience of having a small grocery store just up the road and a lovely pub for dinner about 2 blocks up the road, is fantastic. We cant find another 2 bedroom apartment in Perth for the same price. We arrived late and the out of hours key pick up is nice and easy. Parking is always a hassle though. Although there are 2 car parks available, nearly all the spaces are reserved for residents! We've had to park on the road and run down to put money in the meter a few times.

My partner and I stayed with our two adult children and one 15 year old. For the price paid for the room, it had enough room for us all to fit comfortably without being in each others way. There are stairs from the carpark, although if this is difficult you could go down the car ramp to the front and use elevators. Room was very clean, although fridge did not work, which we did not require, and was reported during our departure. Reception is also only open limited hours, so you are likely to have to receive key from lock box on arrival without face to face to ask any questions. We also received the incorrect pin to gain access to key, but was able to look back on emails with phone to find correct pin (last digits of booking number). All in all, for the price you pay, the room is very good, the area feels safe and has the convenience of shops, restaurants and transport (CAT) close by.

Unfortunately there was black hair everywhere, on the towels, the beds and pillows and the floor. The apartment was otherwise clean but it’s not nice to dry of after a shower and find this hair on your body. The internet was almost not existent.

The only issue that I have with this property is the very limited reception hours. Reception closes at 12, but check in isn’t until 14.00. Make sure that you check your emails carefully as you will need instructions for late check in even if arriving at 14.00. The front doors will be locked so you will need to navigate your way in via the car park and back door. Appartments are spacious and clean (once you are in!), and red CAT service stops very close by. $250 bond needed which is worth bearing in mind when you book.
