“This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. ”

“The location and room is absolutely awesome. It will be my default place to stay every time I come to Perryville. The disclaimer on the website says it may be noisy because of the restaurant and bar below. But we were there over a weekend and heard nothing from below. Huge upgrade compared to local hotels and the best restaurant in town with a huge beer selection is right below you. You will not be disappointed with this choice!”
