“I have stayed at this site many times to visit family in the area. This time there was a group staying near my room that was very loud every evening about 10 PM. The hotel wasn’t busy. I don’t know why as a single traveler I was given a reservation near this group. ”

“We stayed for one night during our anniversary weekend and had dinner in the hotel restaurant. Our dinners were unique to the restaurant and really delicious. The staff were all wonderful and welcoming, the room was clean and had what we needed. The history of the hotel is neat so if you like staying in places with a little history to it, this is definitely the place. ”

“Think, “it’s a cabin” if choosing to stay there to be in the right state of mind. It was comfortable enough for a weekend with our dog. However, the entry door screen was ripped and squeaked badly so was hard to be quiet for neighbors each time we took the dog out. Our bed tilted so felt like you were rolling. The place was clean where it mattered. The floor was dirty, I mean dirty bare feet or socks after walking on it. The fridge needed wiping out and the entry dresser was sticky. Beds and……

“This was a pretty good place to stay. There is a Walmart across the street. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact we didn’t have control over the heat, the room was very very hot an uncomfortable. Otherwise it was good, it was clean, they made sure we had clean towels everyday, and it’s easy to find. We would stay again if in the area again”
