“I grew up in a small town not far from this beautiful rental in Adel. Right off of a main highway but secluded by country surroundings. Super clean and great furnishings. My Iowa classmates meet each year and this is our favorite place to stay. You can’t ask for nicer owners or better facilities. A 10+ all the way. We will be back next year!”

“This is a very well-stocked and comfortable place to stay, and the owner does a fantastic job of communicating and answering questions. My only critique is that it would be nice to have more than one key and fob so that we could leave the building in separate groups without worrying about how to get back in. Also, a remote for the garage door opener would be highly convenient but isn't strictly necessary. ”

“We flew in for a wedding in Boone and this place was a great place for the 12 of us. Four beds plus 3 air mattresses gave us all a comfy place to sleep. We had friends and more family over for dinner one night and were able to seat 16 at the 2 tables and kitchen bar top. All of us enjoyed amazing sunsets sitting on the couch around the fire pit on the back patio. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area! ”

He offered us a different property to hold in until ours was cleaned but couldn't give us a time on how long that would take. We asked if we could just switch our booking to the other property so we could begin to get settled and he said that was not possible. We then requested a refund so that we could use the money to……
