“Great accommodations, very clean and cute VRBO that fits the Boone area with the train theme. Location was great for a family celebration in close proximity to Ames that felt like home. Loved the extra accommodations and personalized note.”

“We really enjoyed this place. However the main bathroom toilet took 3-4 times of flushing to get the spoils down and the main bathroom sink drain plug was stuck so we couldn’t use that sink. Otherwise it was good. Could use a deep cleaning of the vents and showers though. ”

“We flew in for a wedding in Boone and this place was a great place for the 12 of us. Four beds plus 3 air mattresses gave us all a comfy place to sleep. We had friends and more family over for dinner one night and were able to seat 16 at the 2 tables and kitchen bar top. All of us enjoyed amazing sunsets sitting on the couch around the fire pit on the back patio. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area! ”

“This was our first time booking a Vrbo and we were very satisfied. The owner of the property was very easy to communicate with and the price was very reasonable. Our only complaint was there was no lighting on the outside of the house so the driveway was very dark. We were traveling with elderly parents and the driveway was uneven so some lights outside would have be very helpful. We would definitely book again. ”

“I grew up in a small town not far from this beautiful rental in Adel. Right off of a main highway but secluded by country surroundings. Super clean and great furnishings. My Iowa classmates meet each year and this is our favorite place to stay. You can’t ask for nicer owners or better facilities. A 10+ all the way. We will be back next year!”

“Booked this property when we visited for my nephew’s wedding. Everything was amazing! Exactly as described. We had a group of several family members who enjoyed all of the areas to sit and visit. Very comfortable home in a nice quiet area. We had everything we needed and the communication with our host was outstanding! I would definitely recommend this property!!”

“We arrived and the property we were renting and it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The property manager informed us there had been a mix up with his cleaning crew. He offered us a different property to hold in until ours was cleaned but couldn't give us a time on how long that would take. We asked if we could just switch our booking to the other property so we could begin to get settled and he said that was not possible. We then requested a refund so that we could use the money to……
