Conveniently located to resturants and shopping. The bikes were an added amenity that allowed us to venture to a little park overlooking the bay that had the perfect spot to catch the sunset! "Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that."

"Arrived @ 3:00.Neighborhood wasnt safe in daylight.Broken glass in street where we had to park.People openly doing drugs across the street.Host was on property.He was unaware it had been rented.He informed that camper hadnt been cleaned & wed have to wait for him to clean.Inside, ants & gnats all over, urine stains on bathroom walls, pink stuff growing on shower, a stinky smell & it was hot.Didnt feel/look clean.When we tried to leave, handle to the door wouldnt open.After attempting to get out...

"Property was clean and comfortable and very well located for my needs. Complete amenities package perfect for a family or friends traveling together. Veo bikes and scooters were always availble within 2 -3 blocks for easy transpotation and a 5-10 minute ride to center of town, Starbucks, Whole Foods, Saturday Farmers Market, Pastry Art, Cest la Vie, Palm St Deli, Harbor, etc."

"It was just a short jaunt to downtown St petersburg. Good for 1 or 2 people for a short stay. Would give it a #5 for ease of stay. Host was very responsive with any questions. VERY accomodating!"
