“We had a wonderful stay at this property! Plenty of bedrooms (and bathrooms) to spread out in, and lots of space inside for dining, hanging out, etc. So close to Perham and great dining and shopping as well. Though late in the season we enjoyed the hot tub and a fresh dip in the lake in the evening as well!”

“Chris and Kensie are outstanding hosts. The details in their home were above and beyond what we were expecting for our quick work weekend in Detroit Lakes. The bath salts were my personal favorite after a long day. We were able to bring our pup and after forgetting to bring his dishes, we found a water and food bowl just for our good boy! Great location! Hope to come back for a more fun getaway next time!”

“Amazing! Main floor has a beautiful kitchen, step down living space, extra large dining room table, and 1/2 bathroom. Basement houses:-King master bedroom with two walk-in closets, washer and dryer and a large shower. -Small sitting area outside of master bedroom with a tv and piano! -Hallway leads to two bedrooms with 2-twin beds in each room with large closets!-Additional living space contains a couple of sitting areas as well as three steps leading up to a bedroom with four twin beds as well……

“Walking into this place was picturesque. The windows to the lake were beautiful The layout was perfect for a large family and the amenities inside were awesome. ( arcade games, sauna, separate TV room ) Definitely a place we will visit again as our family lives nearby. ”

“It was a treat to have the house decorated for Christmas. The shoveling service was a delightful surprise. The house was clean but some details like the fans and back of the TV’s need some attention. ”

“The place is cozy and close to our hunting ground, however, there are more deer around this property! The WiFi isn’t great, but everything else is great and as described. ”

“Matt and Jodie were responsive to our questions and needs. The home and property were great for our purpose and age range (10-68). We enjoyed the pontoon and yard games and the open floor plan allowed us all to watch the Olympics as well as family time. We will definitely book again!”

“Right from seeing the property from the outside, you know it's a clean and quiet area that makes it perfect for a family getaway! There's plenty of child friendly dishes and toys for kids of all ages. Plenty of amenities including a infrared sauna and big patio to relax! I also enjoyed that Jack was able to communicate in a timely manner with any question I had! Anybody staying here will have a great time and we can't wait to come back again! ”
