Welcome to The Cottage in the Pines. A fully renovated home on beautiful Keuka Lake. Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine country, our cozy cottage is perfectly suited for up to ten guests. We offer 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, living room and kitchen. Enjoy the beauty of the lake from our 200 sq. ft. deck. On the lakefront we offer a seating area with dock and fire pit (fire pit shared with Ripley’s Roost).

The entire cottage is available for your enjoyment. Prepare your meals in our brand new kitchen or enjoy our local eateries.
We offer many ways to enjoy the lake from our spacious deck and lakeside seating area with dock.

Need more space? Rent Ripley’s Roost immediately adjacent to The Cottage in the Pines (additional discount available) for up to ten more guests. Makes a great family vacation compound.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property however, a dedicated portion of the lakefront is used by our guests from Ripley’s Roost. The fire pit area is used jointly and a great opportunity to make new friends.
Other things to note
Yates County occupancy taxes (4%) will be added to the final reservation price.

Due to abuse by previous guests, The Cottage in the Pines will NOT allow Bachelor or Bachelorette type parties to take place. Any such party taking place will be reported to VRBO and an additional $1000 fee will be assessed. To this end, we will no longer accept reservation requests from guests with fewer than two reviews and a 4 star rating.
