“Jo Stephen are warm and welcoming, very friendly and attentive. The hotel is perfect for us, warm clean and cosy, a wonderful location, with the most magnificent views of the bay. The sunrise from bed this morning was incredible 💖 many thanks to Jo Stephen for looking after us during our stay, lots of tips on local knowledge. Carparking very convenient too. Lovely stay”

“Amazing little break, lovely room. Although cold shower every day. Asked for water to be fixed but was still barely luke warm or freezing. However lovely area, friendly staff and very nice place to visit. ”

“I arrived early but was able to access my room straight away. I was initially told that my room still had to be paid for but I had prepaid. This was resolved quickly however. The hotel is conveniently located on a regular bus route and I took the opportunity to visit Blaenau Ffestiniog 20 minutes away. The evening meal was excellent with plenty of choice on the menu. My room was fine and extremely comfortable. Some slight traffic noise as it was at the front of the property.”

“Room especially the toilet was huge and comfortable. They also gave very large towels which was great. Only gitch as the housekeepinb fell short on the last day - the bins werent emptied and the floor towel was not replaced.”

“Lovely guest house with a warm and welcoming host!… very much enjoyed my stay and everything was perfect. Cosy and comfortable clean room, with all the necessary facilities (plenty of tea/coffee/milk/sugar) to make many cups! Not like hotels in which you’re lucky to get 2. The room was nice and warm, with extra radiators which I was thankful for as I do feel the cold easy, so I felt very cosy! Bed was comfortable and shower was nice and hot. No dips in water temperature. Nice touch with mini……

“We had a wonderful experience whilst staying at the Penaeldroch Manor. Mike and Carie were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was clean and spacious and had wonderful views of the river Lledr. The locally sourced morning breakfast was fantastic and set up for the rest of the day.
