“My partner and I stayed here for a weekend to attend a nearby wedding. Joanne, the owner, was friendly and gave clear instructions. “Karen's home was absolutely perfect for our stay to attend a family wedding in Buffalo. There were five of us, and the option of putting my mom, who can't navigate lots of steps, in the first floor bedroom, was great. With the two and a half bathrooms and double sinks in two, no one was ever waiting for "their turn", even with all of us getting ready for the wedding and other events over the long weekend. “I stayed at this property with 6 of my friends for my sons wedding at Becker Farms & Vineyards. I couldn't say enough about the house and property and the hosts, Toni and Leroy. What an incredible stay we had, the house was beautiful and very clean and every possible amenity was there. Toni and Leroy were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even hung with us for a while at our bonfire. I couldn't say enough about my experience there and highly recommend this property and the hosts!!”

“This is a really cool. Some very nice amenities and great location. However, this is not a 5 star, brand new hotel. The price was affordable and right on base for what we got. It has a lot of cool old school like an indoor pool surrounded by plants and a great bar. That being said, there are lots of places it needs renovations. Nothing gross or broken but it could use some love. Our first floor room did have 2 steps between the beds and the bathroom. ”
