“What a perfect weekend get away for a family wedding in Carbondale at St. Rose of Lima Church and then reception at Birchtown Wedding and Evenings, which as less than 3 miles from the house! The home is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed views on the porches of the lake and time out by the fire pit. Just lovely!”

“We stayed for Labor Day weekend as a family of four. We found the home to be excellent location, quiet, and serene. There is a view of the lake from the front porch. It is a bit rustic, but that is what we were looking for. ”

He proactively reached out and offered to help. He brought my kids scooters from his house during the weekend. It was lovely. The house is beautiful. With capacity to host like 30 people. We had lots of room and our kids were able to run and enjoy themselves. ”

“We checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday everything was clean and ready for us we swam in the pond, did a bunch of fishing (bass were biting before dark every night) we hiked to the little water fall on the property, and celebrated my daughters 13th birthday with family, had a big sea food boil enough to feed an army and made enough memories to last a life time! We were here in February and had to come back in the summer time there’s no other words to say other then we love it! I’m sure……

“The house was nice. It wasn't quite as secluded as we had expected. Getting checked into the gated community took some time as there was a long line of people waiting to register. The property manager was very helpful and quick to get back to us.”

“This was a get away of High School classmates, who have been friends for over sixty years now!! We got to our Big Bass Lake home in high spirits and great enthusiasm and the destination did not disappoint. The place accommodated all 11 of us with much room to spare. It was clean and conveniently had four bathrooms! Fishing in the lake was also a big plus! There were convenient stores within a five minute driving distance. There were a couple of hiccups during our stay, but nothing that……

“There were 7 adults and 3 children. The place was very accommodating for our group. Nice large kitchen and table for meals. Plenty of space and areas to relax. The dock was in good condition and fairly easy to get to. The location is convenient for having a boat and swimming as there is less boat traffic. It may be a little challenging for some as there is only a rough path down to the dock/water. We did not have trouble parking three cars and a trailer (for 16-foot boat). ”
