“The view from the swan room was beautiful. The in-room hot tub and fireplace were amazing amenities that we utilized a lot during our stay. Miren was an amazing host! She made sure we had fresh firewood every day and was very responsive. Whale Watch Inn is truly a gem along the coast! ”

“This may be the most comfortable house we’ve stayed if. The couch, rocking chairs and beds were just right. The shower was hot and had great water flow. The redwood trees are so lovely and the outside lighting added to the enjoyment after dark. Little charming, thoughtful details were an added bonus, especially the live plants. We plan to come back.”

“Darling tiny home within property of larger house. There was a private patio with barbecue and sink. Hot tub available. Near ocean hiking trail and close to Del Mar swim center. Lots of cooking equipment in such a tiny space. We were very comfortable and don’t require a large kitchen.”

“Amazing property and retreat, just what we were looking for. Didn’t have signal so definitely come prepared with downloaded instructions and maps. WiFi works great. WiFi password initially said it was incorrect but just restarting the router did the trick. Kitchen fully stocked with herbs and spices and plenty of cookware, cutlery and even ziplock bags and foil. House is literally surrounded by woods and we saw plenty of deer. We loved it and will be coming back!”

“Neon Fish is an absolutely beautiful private home right on the ocean with amazing views of the ocean and cliffs. My husband and I stayed there for our 30th wedding anniversary and it was perfect. It was mesmerizing watching the waves crash into the rocks, and we enjoyed the visits from the deer. Our only cons on the home is we wish it had king sized beds instead of queens and more options on comfortable seating on the deck overlooking the ocean. However, that would not stop us from staying……

“Place was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was modern and well stocked so we did a lot of cooking instead of eating out. Location felt private and safe. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We had no issues and everything in the house worked just fine. Place is perfect for one or two couples. The dogs loved the big backyard and I like the fact there was a wire fence to help keep other critters out. We’d definitely come back. ”
