“This is a beautiful home with ample space for a large group; we had 12 people. There’s a big kitchen and lots of deck space for lounging; the basement level has ping pong and cornhole games for the kids and there is easy access to the beach. We would highly recommend this home.”

“Really enjoyed the historic house and location, quirks and all. Had a couple of appliance gliches that were handled promptly by management. The description for the property listed a dishwasher, but there wasn't one. Disappointed that the boardwalk and dock to the creek wasn't usable. Overall, was a very enjoyable week with family. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to returning sgain.”

“Johnson's Nest is by far the BEST beach location I have had the pleasure to rent. My brother and I spend an end of year week together to regroup and prepare for the new year. Johnson's Nest was an absolute retreat for us during the first week of December 2024. The cleanliness of the home is the first aspect that greets you when you walk through the front door and throughout the 5 bedroom 3 bath home. “The property was great. The huge picnic table was great for our shrimp boil and the location was awesome. Another great feature were the beds…..very comfortable. The only thing that we had a problem with was the TV service. We brought a fire stick so we used it in the great room. The other tvs did not have live tv as an option. If they did we could not figure it out. Also , with such a large group, the coffee maker should be better. We would definitely book again.”

“The house was beautiful and clean. Thank you for allowing our fur babies to come as well. We had a great Thanksgiving feast but could have used more medium size pots. It went from small to huge. We drove to the beach as it is several blocks away but there is plenty of beach access. Would love to come back when it's hot and able to lay out on the beach. They were super informative and accommodating. House is supremely located for restaurants and golf courses. Plenty of bedrooms to spread out and be comfortable. Multiple locations to lounge, relax, and play games. Really just a perfect spot to enjoy everything that the Pawley’s/Litchfield area has to offer. Game room garage is a nice……
