“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. I worry about out of date photos when looking for VRBO's; these photos are accurate. It was CLEAN, cozy, and all the supplies looked new and/or very well maintained. As it was chilly when we were there, we appreciated the cozy blankets and fireplace. Location was perfect and quiet. Would definitely choose this condo again. Thank you Shelley for being a wonderful host!”

“Great cozy little house in quiet neighborhpod next to Thunder Mountain. Great kitchen. Cute casita. Very clean. We really enjoyed our time here. Loved both the inner covered courtyard and the front porch. We walked to the Amitabh Stupa Peace park. A few suggestions The beds all need nightstands and lamps The bed in the main house is up against the wall on one side. Needs to be moved so 2 people can sleep. Could be angled toward the TV with a headboard added. The observation deck is so……

“We loved our stay here, the kitchen was easy to use, the living room was cozy, 3 bedrooms with variety. The best part was the spacious backyard and how dog friendly the property was! There’s even a smaller side backyard if there’s multiple families of dogs. The coat hooks were well utilized with the chilly weather, and although there were not extra warm blankets for us to use; there was ductless air conditioner units for the rooms.”

“Great location. Great comfortable house. 24 hour great views. ”

“The home was overall very nice. It had everything needed for a few nights and was very close to a cut-through path to the Airport Loop hiking trail. I liked that it is away from the busy part of town, but close enough to get there when wanted. There were a couple of downsides that might not bother others, so I didn't deduct stars. The sheets are cheap microfiber and the pillows were also very cheap and over-used. The washing machine is small, making a pod of detergent too much to rinse out……

“The check-in and communication with Jay was easy and to the point. The house was in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do. The Parks Pass and bottle of wine were greatly appreciated! The house had everything we needed - huge kitchen, sitting area, TV room and comfy beds! Plus plenty of wildlife in the relaxing backyard/patio area. ”

“Great location. Cute little cottage. Kitchen had almost everything we needed. (We prefer Kurig.) TVs and wifi worked. Lots of yard room for a dog. Close to downtown shops and the library. Easy access to train. ”

“At each level this is a great place to stay - clean, bright, warm. The stairs are tough, as we were all 70+, mostly getting the luggage up and down. Otherwise it was a great distance to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Each bedroom having its own bathroom and balcony was very nice. Nice morning coffee spot just 2 blocks away. To the owner - instructions for the coffee maker would be nice. We used the last of your tissues and couldn’t replace in time. ”

“What a gem of a place! Everything is just perfect for 2! The decor is so nice and it has all the creature comforts of home- it’s live in ready! We sure enjoyed our week in the Casita- lots of hiking and cave exploring nearby- close to town and grocery stores. Really enjoyed watching the hot air balloons float by- so much that we took a balloon ride ourselves! Enjoying the evening sunsets while in the “hot”🥵 hot tub were perfect after a day of hikes and sore muscles! You can’t go wrong with……

“This house was immaculate, and whoever decorated it has great taste. It's super cute and in a nice neighborhood. The owner was easy to communicate with, and we had no problems. My only note to future renters is that the kitchen has not yet accumulated the "stuff" that is left by others. So, it doesn't have spices, oils, food storage (foil, plastic, etc), at this point. We rent so many houses that we've gotten used to those types of staples being present. But, it wasn't a problem. We just……

“Its a nice setting just 2 miles outside of Sedona, so youre away from all the hub bub of downtown. The cottages are great! Getting in and out is a breeze. Recommend a rental car for sure. Its cozy and quiet. Would recommend again!”

"The staff are very friendly, we've checked in easily. As well as the room is nice and clean. I think the only bad thing about the room is that the hot water in my bathroom is very low, a bit cold for me. In addition, the hotel does not provide slippers and toothbrushes, but provides shower gel and hand soap. Breakfast is available and free for everyone, but there are few varieties and styles, only sausages, eggs and fruits, pancakes and coffee milk every day. The room has air conditioning, which can be hot or cold, which is a good thing. Overall, it is still very good and very convenient to the Grand Canyon."

"Everything is good only one things make me feel a little disappointed is my wife forgot her clothes at room and we did not get any information from hotel after two days until we find it missing, I am calling back to hotel and waiting their reply about it"
