“Overall a nice cozy home to stay in, a quiet and safe neighborhood, within walking distance to several hiking trails, with a much better price point compared to staying at a hotel. On the down side, the mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable, and some things like dirty fridge handles and leftovers/unclean fridge. Very loud AC air handler.”

We used this as a jumping off point to explore the Grand Canyon and some other areas and wish we had booked another night. We will absolutely be return visitors if we are in the area again!!”

“There is not enough room for me to list all the wonderful things about this VRBO. The space is perfect for families with 4-6 kids. The kids can all use the downstairs space the adults use the upstairs. The kitchen has everything you would possibly need. This is by far the best VRBO I have stayed at and I have stayed at plenty. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, and make-up remover pads ALL PROVIDED! But the outdoor space is simply……

“This property had everything a person could need to enjoy their time in Sedona. We loved having hiking gear and a fridge full of water available for our outdoor adventures. The hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Nice assortment of k-cups to have in the morning. Quit neighbor. The beds were comfy with great pillows.”

“This is a very charming property. The decor is beautiful and the view from the deck is stunning. The owners have set up a very functional and efficient property with a great kitchen and family areas for gatherings. The street access is a little tight for larger vehicles but manageable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

“This place was perfect! West Sedona so quiet residential neighborhood, but close enough to all the activities. Walking distance to sugar loaf trailhead. The beds were soooo comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need to cook a meal. Also got to see some night time visitors. Javelinas! They travel in a pack and popped by to check us out while foraging for their supper. Jeremy is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!”
