This recently-completed Park City historic home has been lovingly restored over the last two years with great attention to detail in both the design and every conceivable modern amenity. It is a true gem, located just two blocks uphill from Old Town and the Park City Skier Plaza.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

You’ll enjoy luxurious accommodation and privacy in this 3 level, 2800 sq ft home, only a five-minute walk to Main Street’s shops, restaurants and night life. The house features a gourmet kitchen, underfloor radiant heat, air conditioning, hi-speed wireless internet and Xfinity TV’s throughout the home. There are exterior stairs leading from the parking bay down to the spacious yard with a large hot tub and a second entrance to the lower family room and master suite.

The King Master Suite has a walk out deck, flat screen TV, and large master bath suite.
Two private rooms upstairs share a beautiful tile bathroom, one with a queen bed and the other furnished with two twin beds.
Downstairs is a large entertainment room with a big screen TV. Enjoy relaxing with a private bar area equipped with sink, bar refrigerator and microwave. On this level you'll find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom has a King bed with full modern bathroom attached. The other has two twins over Queen beds with its own full bathroom attached.

This home accommodates up to 14 in 5 bedrooms, perfect for two or three families vacationing together or a group of friends planning a get-together. Whether you are a skier, snowboarder, or just here to relax, you will enjoy this new Park City hidden treasure.

Great house in amazing location
This house was great for my group of friends on a ski trip. The location was amazing - we were excited to realize that we could walk to the end of the block and hop on the trail to ski down to town lift. Also an easy walk to town to enjoy everything Park City has to offer. The house itself was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Would gladly stay here again.

Park City Done Right!
10 years of doing guys ski trip to Park City and this property got great reviews from the group. Quick walk to Main Street and fast access to the Towne Lift. Plenty of beds, comfortable areas to relax and the host was highly responsive to everything we needed, including an early check in. Will try to secure this same place for 2026 as it is well maintained and convenient to all things Park City! Hot tub was so nice and just needs a few “new” parts to fix up. Easy fix. Great Park City Stay
Great layout - plenty of room in the bedrooms and enough bathrooms. The kitchen and family rooms were also great sizes. The property manager was very easy to get a hold of. We could not get the hot tub up to temperature and he had the issue resolved right away. Easy walk to the town lift. Also, there is a free bus that will take you to the Mountain Village or Deer Valley.

It was so much fun to stay right in Park City with a short easy walk or ski down to the town lift. Nice accommodations with plenty of room for our group of 12. We had one small issue, but notified Jon and it was taken care of immediately, basically they ensure your stay is perfect. Thank you, we would definitely stay here again!

Great house, great location to Main Street. Rooms were perfect and bathrooms very updated and beautiful. Great gathering areas and loved the jacuzzi. Too bad Park City was on strike but the shuttle to Deer Valley was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Beautiful home!
Loved the house and location! The owners allowed for an early check in which was very much appreciated. The heated floors were also so nice! Of note, one of the property managers did abruptly ask to enter the home hours after we checked in to change some type of alarm, he was already outside when he requested to enter and in a house of all girls we would have preferred more of a heads up.

Perfect Family Thanksgiving
Easy check-in. The house was available before check-in, which worked out perfect for our family. We settled in quickly and ventured out to check out Main Street, which was only minutes from the house. Sleeping arrangements were ideal for three families. One family on each of the three levels. All beds were super comfy! Two different gathering areas made it great for adults to be in one area and kids in another. We also were able to fit all eleven family members around one long table in the dining room on Thanksgiving. Also, within walking distance to sledding by the library and to lifts. We definitely would do another family gathering at this Park City hidden gem!!!

The DREAM Vacation Rental
If I could give this property 10 stars, I would! 11 girls stayed here for a bachelorette party and this home truly made the weekend. The house is gorgeous, immaculately decorated & appointed with top-line amenities. Kitchen is private-chef quality, as evidenced by the private sushi chef dinner we were able to host. All 11 of us could sleep more than comfortably (beds were AMAZING), fit easily in either of the two spacious living rooms/dining room, and the 4 full bathrooms were enough to accommodate even 11 gals getting ready on time. To top it all off, the home truly is an easy five minute walk to Main Street (take the staircase down the street - cuts right through!). Check-in was easy, the host was delightful...truly, a perfect VRBO experience.
