I stayed at the Greyhawk condos for 3 nights. The condo came with free underground parking & had 2 bedrooms & 2.5 baths. It was nice & seemed to be pretty updated. The location is prime, downtown is a couple minutes away, Deer Valley is just up the road, & the outlets are just a few minutes away.
There were only a few issues. First, I arrived on a Saturday when their office is closed. There is a lockbox with the condo keys & paperwork, the code I was given for the box was wrong & no one was answering my calls. I ended up guessing the code before I could get ahold of someone.
Second, there was no a/c. I know most people go in the winter but Park City is gorgeous in the summer as well. The temperature when we first walked into the condo was over 90 degrees on the main floor (it's 3 stories). We opened up windows & got fans going as it was hotter inside than outside. In the end it was too hot for our daughter to utilize the upstairs for more than using the bathroom, she preferred sleeping on the couch on the main floor which was about 4-5 degrees cooler than upstairs. When I booked it I saw nothing about no a/c, I honestly don't know if I would have booked it had I known. I received an email after booking letting me know there was no a/c. The condos could use some window a/c units on the main floor & upstairs.
Third, the mattress in the master bedroom was awful. I'm guessing it was a memory foam however we ended up getting pushed together at night as the mattress made us both
