2 minutes from the Buttes Chaumont in the 19th arrondissement. Two rooms right in the Mouzaïa district.

A bedroom and a living room of around 30 m2 on a small terrace on the ground floor of a house.
This apartment is ideal for hosting from 2 to 3 people maximum. There is a sofa bed in the living room for one person.

The advantage of our district is to be in Paris and to benefit from space and greenery in particular from the fabulous Parc des Buttes Chaumont.
La Mouzaïa is a secret district of Paris where life is good, which is perfect for strolling on weekends or coming to relax during a business trip or dynamic tourist vacation.

The whole is charming: cobbled streets, small houses, gardens, flowers, the din of Paris seems far away. Its atmosphere is very relaxing. La Mouzaïa was originally a working class city created in the 19th century.
Close to the lively district of Jourdain and not far from all the lively centers of Paris.

The metros are:
- line 7 bis Botzaris or Danube station.
- Bus 60 and 48 to the Gare du NORD - the Grands Boulevard - Richelieu-Drouot -le Louvre - Palais Royal)
- Galeries Lafayettes are 25 minutes away .

- Charles de Gaulle Airport in 25 minutes without traffic.
- Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est are 15 minutes away by public transport.

FABULOUS home away from home
Stayed here for two weeks. Loved this apartment! This is a terrific accommodation for a couple. Spacious and everything you need including a washing machine. Location is excellent. Quiet, green and friendly neighbourhood. 4 minutes to a subway and several handy bus routes. Convenient to shopping. Plan to return soon.

Nice one bedroom apartment off the beaten track
Pros: Separate bedroom, newer shower in bedroom, toilette in LR/kitchen area, ground floor - only two steps down into the apartment. Close to the Metro, Carrefour Express, and a few restaurants. Excellent bakeries in the neighborhood. Cons: Very hilly neighborhood. Wonderful market on Sunday, Tuesday, & Friday; but a long uphill walk to get there. Expect to supply your own toilet paper. There were only a few starter sheets on a roll when we arrived. No television. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and good value for the money.

We enjoyed our stay
We liked the proximity to public transportation and also to the park where we went to do a picnic. Being able to do laundry in the apartment was also a nice surprise as we were nearing the end of our two week trip to Europe and we needed to wash a couple of things. The apartment was clean and had everything needed, the outside patio area was also very nice.

Lovely property in an amazing part of the city. Not in the middle of all the tourist attractions, but close enough to get anywhere in just n few minutes. Owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. Absolutely loved it.

Nous avons été invités dans cette maison pendant deux semaines : la maison est dotée de tout le confort et le petit espace extérieur est une valeur ajoutée dans un quartier calme mais traversé par 3 lignes de métro. Les propriétaires étaient extrêmement gentils, hospitaliers, serviables et discrets. Nous y retournerions certainement. P.S. : désolé pour notre français un peu approximatif !

Claude Monet is a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle. For a Paris apartment it was quite spacious with an outside terrace. The Metro is a few minutes walk and it’s on the number 7 route which goes right through the very centre. The area is well served with shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and even an Emergency dentist where I was seen in 2 minutes. The hosts are right above you and very helpful. We would happily return.

Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat super funktioniert. Die Lage in einer kleinen Gasse ist sehr schön, es ist dort sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bon accueil, environnement agréable
Le logement est petit, mais tout de même confortable pour deux personnes. Situé dans le 19e arrondissement, à courte distance de marche du superbe parc des Buttes Chaumont et à cinq minutes de marche du métro qui nous amène vers les différents points d'intérêt de Paris. C'est un quartier résidentiel, tranquille, où les commerces, boulangeries et restaurants sont à proximité. Un marché public s'y tient trois jours par semaine. Nous avons été bien accueillis par notre hôte. On a passé un séjour agréable.

Un appartement propre et en partie équipé car il n'y a pas de télévision. En revanche, nous n'avons pas apprécié que la propriétaire pénétre en notre absence dans l'appartement pour éteindre le chauffage alors qu'il faisait très froid.

Bon rapport qualité prix et coin de verdure dans la capitale qui s'apprécie grandement
Chouette ! Hôte arrangeante. Buttes de Chaumont juste à côté, c'est sympa ! Le métro est à quelques minutes à pieds. Le bus 75 Panthéon côté mairie de quartier nous a permis d'atteindre le centre de Paris sans trop de difficultés. Il faut compter une bonne demi heure, ça se fait :-).

Bien situé mais mal insonorisé (bruit et lumière)
Les photos sont conformes, la situation géographique bien (même si le parc des buttes est devenu peu intéressant car tout est en travaux) et l'appartement est propre et bien équipé (même si avant il y avait une tv et qu'il ne reste plus que 2 cuillères à café...). Par contre dormir dans le salon est compliqué car les rideaux n'occultent pas assez. Des problèmes de remonté d'odeurs aussi dans la salle de bain en fin de séjour. L'appartement est situé au croisement d'une rue pavée et les camions poubelles font la collecte devant la fenêtre à 07h00 les mardis et jeudis au moins. Enfin le bruit de l'appartement du dessus est franchement un soucis. Je suis peut-être mal tombé mais trier son verre dans le couloir à 08h00 du matin... Bref en couple, un week-end et avec moins de monde à l'appartement du dessus cela doit être agréable.
