We enjoyed this beautiful little hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful. We visited in April during a warmer than normal period for Paris and we slightly disappointed to learn the hotel would only activate the AC on May 1, thereby leaving us with options of open window with street conversations from cafes and bistros below or warmer than comfortable room. But we enjoyed the stay at the hotel and Paris in general. Would stay there again but would first inquire about AC/heat provisions prior.

Welcoming central hotel. Easy distance from the Seine and Notre Dame. Metro close by. Lots of varied restaurants a few steps away. Cosy reception and bar area. Rooms small but adequate since we were out most of the time. Bathroom basic and poor shower. Would recommend as a good base.

Really nice hotel in an excellent position for sightseeing with metro 5 minutes away. Very good breakfast, clean and friendly, helpful staff. Small criticism in that bath was too small to use safely for adults, the shower was difficult to coordinate the hot with the cold water. Sink had a habit of gurgling.

The rooms are tiny and the bed is a full and not a queen. It may be too small for two people. The photographs are deceiving - the lobby is a bit shabby. The carpets in the rooms are stained and feel gross and dirty.

Nice hotel in Latin Quarter

The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of the buzzing Latin Quarter within a short walk of metro and various bus routes giving easy access to all major tourist attractions. Staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is old and has lots of charm. As is common in Paris, our room was on the small side but it was adequate. Despite being on a lively street we had no difficulty sleeping and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was adequate. Breakfast was served in a pleasant vaulted basement room. There was a decent choice of cold and cooked food. The Gavroche and La Citrouelle are really nice bistros on either side of the hotel. Many other eateries in the vicinity. It was expensive, but not for Paris

You couldn’t get a better location. Nestled beautifully in the Latin quarter. If you love coffee and pastries or just a goody in general, this is perfect. The bathroom was big and room was beautiful. This is a gorgeous boutique hotel.
