First of all, upon checking-in the front desk staff informed me that my reservation did not include breakfast. Which I know I had booked inclusive of breakfast, I was asked to provide the evidence which I did immediately, and later asked to submit the information via email. I never received a response and has to inquire several times what is the status with my issue.
At last I was informed that it was approved and my stay included breakfast (after inquiring about 8 times), however EVERY morning I went to dine I was informed that my booking does not include breakfast. This was very embrasing, as everyday I had to reiterate the same story! The staff had to inquire from the front-desk, who then had to inquire from reservation if I am allowed breakfast EVERYDAY!
Secondly, my room was inadequately prepared, there was no soap in the bathroom dispenser, no face tissue, no bath mat, no iron iron board (had to request). Additionally, there were some kind of bugs in the pillows/sheets (I am not sure). I checked with my doctor upon retuning home regarding the itches and bumps on my neck and feet and he informed it is bedbugs.
I am very dissatisfied with my stay at Eco Inn.
At least the restaurant and bar staff were very nice and courteous (5-stars to them only).
